Guidelines for Law Enforcement Requests — ELITE Marital & Dating Match™

Effective Date: January 2026

Operated by: DIL Organization – Health Tech Innovation Corporation

This page explains how ELITE Marital & Dating Match™ (“Elite,” “the Platform”) responds to requests for user information, preservation requests, and emergency disclosure requests from law enforcement, government agencies, and other legal authorities. It is intended for law-enforcement personnel and legal professionals. Members with safety concerns should use in-app reporting or the contact address below.

Use the subject line “Law Enforcement Request” for standard legal process, “Preservation Request” for data-preservation demands, and “EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST” where there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, or a child-safety emergency.

2. Legal Process We Accept

  • Subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and equivalent valid legal process issued under applicable law.
  • Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) requests and letters rogatory for non-U.S. authorities.
  • Preservation requests asking us to preserve existing records pending valid legal process.
  • Emergency disclosure requests submitted by a sworn officer where a delay would create an imminent risk of death, serious physical injury, or harm to a child.

Requests must be submitted on official letterhead from an official government email address and must identify the requesting agency, officer name, badge or ID number, callback telephone number, and the legal authority relied upon.

3. Information Required to Locate an Account

We can only respond when the account is identified with reasonable specificity. Please provide the account email address, registered phone number, member display name, profile URL, and where possible the relevant date and time range of the activity under investigation.

4. Preservation Requests

Upon receipt of a valid preservation request, Elite will take reasonable steps to preserve existing account records for 90 days pending service of valid legal process, and may extend that period for an additional 90 days upon a formal renewal request. Preservation does not result in disclosure of records.

5. Emergency Disclosure

Where we believe in good faith that an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury to any person, or the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, requires disclosure without delay, Elite may disclose relevant information to law enforcement without legal process, consistent with applicable law.

6. Child Safety and Mandatory Reporting

Elite has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation. Suspected CSAM or child exploitation is escalated immediately, the associated account is disabled, relevant records are preserved, and reports are made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate national authority as required by law. Law-enforcement follow-up on such reports should reference the report identifier provided in our submission. See our CSAM Identification & Prevention Protocol for further detail.

7. Human Trafficking, Sexual Exploitation and Violent Crime

Elite cooperates with investigations involving human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion, and other violent or exploitative crimes, and will preserve and disclose records in response to valid legal process or a qualifying emergency request.

8. User Notice

Our policy is to notify affected members of requests for their information before disclosure, so they may seek to protect their rights, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so (for example, by a non-disclosure order), or where notice would be counterproductive in an emergency or a child-safety, trafficking, or exploitation investigation.

9. Data Retention and Scope of Disclosure

Elite discloses only the categories of records specified in valid legal process and available at the time of the request. Records are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law; we cannot produce information we do not collect or that has been deleted in the ordinary course.

10. Costs, Testimony and Authentication

Elite may seek reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to legal process where permitted by law. Requests for records custodian declarations, certifications of authenticity, or testimony should be directed to the contact address above.

11. No Waiver

Nothing in this policy constitutes consent to jurisdiction, service of process by email, or a waiver of any objection or right, including objections based on jurisdiction, scope, or applicable law.
