This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the standards governing access to and use of Elite Marital & Dating App™ (“Elite,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including its website, mobile application, communication features, matchmaking tools, artificial-intelligence features, membership services, and related technologies.
Elite is designed to provide adults with a respectful digital environment for dating, relationship-building, and marital connections. By accessing or using Elite, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
Elite is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
You may not create an account, access dating or matchmaking functionality, communicate with members, or otherwise use Elite if you are under 18.
Users may not knowingly create accounts for minors, facilitate interactions between minors and adult members, or upload photographs or information falsely representing a minor as an eligible adult member.
Elite is built around authentic connections. Members must provide truthful and reasonably accurate information when creating and maintaining profiles.
Users may not:
Elite may request identity or account verification when appropriate for platform integrity and safety.
Members must treat other users with dignity and respect.
Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, bullying, coercion, exploitation, hate-based abuse, or intentionally degrading conduct is prohibited.
A member's decision not to respond, discontinue communication, decline a meeting, or end a relationship must be respected.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Elite may not be used to facilitate sexual exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, non-consensual sexual activity, or other unlawful sexual conduct.
Users may not distribute or threaten to distribute another person's intimate images without consent.
Content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
Elite has zero tolerance for romance scams and financial exploitation.
Users may not use Elite to:
Members should exercise caution before sending money or financial information to anyone they meet online.
Elite facilitates introductions but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, background, compatibility, or safety of every member.
Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with others.
When meeting another member offline, users should consider reasonable precautions, including meeting initially in a public location, informing a trusted person of their plans, arranging independent transportation, and avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive financial or personal information.
Elite does not guarantee that any match or interaction will result in a safe, compatible, successful, or lasting relationship or marriage.
Elite may use technology, algorithms, questionnaires, preferences, compatibility information, or artificial intelligence to assist with discovery and matchmaking.
Recommendations are informational tools and do not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, marriage, personal character, safety, or the accuracy of information supplied by another user.
Users remain responsible for deciding whom they communicate with, meet, date, or pursue a relationship with.
Where Elite provides AI-powered functionality, AI may assist with recommendations, profile experiences, communication support, safety processes, or other Platform functions.
AI-generated information can contain errors and should not be interpreted as professional psychological, medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
Users may not deliberately manipulate, attack, circumvent, or exploit Elite's AI systems for fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
Unless expressly authorized by Elite, members may not use the Platform primarily to:
Elite is a dating and relationship platform—not an unrestricted advertising or solicitation marketplace.
Members must respect the privacy of other users.
Users may not collect, publish, sell, scrape, distribute, or misuse another member's personal information without authorization.
Sensitive information obtained through private conversations must not be publicly disclosed for harassment, retaliation, exploitation, or other improper purposes.
Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Users retain responsibility for content they submit to Elite.
Content must not:
Elite may moderate or remove content in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
Elite may offer or use identity, profile, credential, or other verification mechanisms. A verification indicator should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a person's character, intentions, safety, financial status, relationship status, or suitability as a partner.
Unless expressly stated for a particular feature, users should not assume that every member has undergone a comprehensive criminal or other background check.
Users may not:
Suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents should be reported to Elite rather than exploited.
Members are encouraged to use available reporting and blocking functions when they encounter suspected fraud, harassment, impersonation, threats, inappropriate content, or other violations.
Reports may be reviewed to determine whether action is appropriate under Elite's policies and applicable law.
DIL Organization – Health Tech Innovation Corporation reserves the right, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, to investigate suspected violations.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
Warning → content removal → feature restriction → account suspension → account termination → preservation of relevant information → referral to appropriate authorities where required or permitted.
Serious safety, exploitation, fraud, or legal violations may result in immediate account restriction or termination.
Elite provides technology intended to facilitate introductions and connections.
Elite does not guarantee matches, dates, exclusivity, compatibility, engagement, marriage, relationship duration, or any particular personal outcome.
Members remain solely responsible for their relationship decisions and interactions with other users.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as Elite's services, technologies, safety practices, or legal obligations evolve.
The effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version.
Questions, safety concerns, suspected fraud, security issues, or violations of this AUP may be reported to:
