Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the standards governing access to and use of Elite Marital & Dating App™ (“Elite,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including its website, mobile application, communication features, matchmaking tools, artificial-intelligence features, membership services, and related technologies.

Elite is designed to provide adults with a respectful digital environment for dating, relationship-building, and marital connections. By accessing or using Elite, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

1. Adults Only — 18+

Elite is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

You may not create an account, access dating or matchmaking functionality, communicate with members, or otherwise use Elite if you are under 18.

Users may not knowingly create accounts for minors, facilitate interactions between minors and adult members, or upload photographs or information falsely representing a minor as an eligible adult member.

2. Authentic Identity and Profiles

Elite is built around authentic connections. Members must provide truthful and reasonably accurate information when creating and maintaining profiles.

Users may not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Create fraudulent or deceptive profiles.
• Misrepresent identity for the purpose of deceiving another member.
• Use another person's photographs without authorization.
• Falsely represent relationship or marital status when such information is requested by the Platform.
• Misrepresent professional, educational, financial, or other material information to manipulate another user.
• Operate multiple deceptive accounts.
• Use bots or automated profiles to impersonate genuine members.

Elite may request identity or account verification when appropriate for platform integrity and safety.

3. Respectful Conduct

Members must treat other users with dignity and respect.

Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, bullying, coercion, exploitation, hate-based abuse, or intentionally degrading conduct is prohibited.

A member's decision not to respond, discontinue communication, decline a meeting, or end a relationship must be respected.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following are absolutely prohibited on Elite, in profiles, photographs, videos, messages, group content, AI prompts, payments, and in any conduct arranged through the Platform:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming, sexualized depictions of minors, or any attempt to sexualize, solicit, or arrange contact with a person under 18.
• Human trafficking and sex trafficking, including recruiting, harboring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, patronizing, or obtaining any person for labor or commercial sexual activity.
• Sexual exploitation of any kind, including prostitution or commercial sexual services, sugar/transactional arrangements for sex, sextortion, sexual servitude, and coerced sexual activity.
• Sexual violence, including rape, sexual assault, sexual coercion, and threats of sexual violence.
• Non-consensual content, including non-consensual sexual activity, non-consensual intimate imagery, distributing or threatening to distribute another person's intimate images, upskirt/voyeur/hidden-camera material, and non-consensual sexualized deepfakes or AI-generated imagery of a real person.
• Sexually explicit profile content, including nudity, genitalia, sexual acts, pornography, or sexually graphic text in profiles, photos, display names, bios, or unsolicited messages.
• Aiding, abetting, facilitating, financing, promoting, glorifying, encouraging, or soliciting any of the above, or any other abuse or exploitation of another person.
• Fraudulent activity intended to defraud users, including romance scams, investment, cryptocurrency, gift-card or wire-transfer schemes, fabricated emergencies, phishing, and identity theft (see Section 5).

Accounts engaging in the above are terminated immediately and permanently, relevant records are preserved, and reports are made to law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and other appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. 4A. Consent Controls — Preventing Non-Consensual Involvement

No person may be drawn into Elite, or into any interaction on Elite, without their own knowing consent. Elite maintains the following mandatory controls:

• Self-registration only. Accounts may be created solely by the person who will use them. Creating, listing, or submitting a profile on behalf of another individual — including a spouse, partner, family member, client, employee, or acquaintance — is prohibited.
• Consent attestation at registration. Every applicant must affirm that they are registering for themselves, of their own free will, and are not being enrolled, pressured, or coerced by another person.
• Verified contact ownership. Email, phone, government ID and liveness/selfie verification must match the registering member, so an account cannot be opened using another person's identity or contact details.
• No third-party photographs. Members may not upload photographs, videos, or identifying information of any person who has not consented to appear on Elite.
• No coerced or brokered participation. Elite may not be used to arrange, negotiate, or pressure another person into dating, courtship, engagement, or marriage — including arrangements made by a family member or third party without that person's consent.
• Withdrawable consent at any time. Members may pause visibility, enter Discreet Mode, unmatch, block, delete their profile, or terminate their account at any time, without explanation.
• Ongoing interaction consent. Continued contact requires mutual match. Silence is not consent, prior consent does not carry forward, and consent to one form of contact does not extend to another.
• Consent-based verification layers. AI public-profile summaries and optional background screening are performed only on the member's own explicit request and consent, never on a third party.
• Impersonation and non-consensual listing reporting. Any person — including a non-member — may report that they have been listed, depicted, or represented on Elite without consent.

Verified reports of non-consensual registration, listing, depiction, or coerced participation result in immediate removal of the offending content or profile, suspension or termination of the responsible account, and referral to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

To report that you or another person has been involved on Elite without consent, contact us at the address in Section 18 with the subject line “Non-Consensual Involvement.”

5. Romance Scams, Fraud and Financial Exploitation

Elite has zero tolerance for romance scams and financial exploitation.

Users may not use Elite to:

• Solicit money through deception.
• Conduct investment, cryptocurrency, wire-transfer, gift-card, or payment scams.
• Fabricate emergencies to obtain money.
• Request another user's banking credentials or passwords.
• Recruit members into fraudulent financial opportunities.
• Engage in identity theft.
• Manipulate another user into transferring property or financial assets.
• Conduct phishing or other fraudulent activities.

Members should exercise caution before sending money or financial information to anyone they meet online.

6. Safety and Offline Meetings

Elite facilitates introductions but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, background, compatibility, or safety of every member.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with others.

When meeting another member offline, users should consider reasonable precautions, including meeting initially in a public location, informing a trusted person of their plans, arranging independent transportation, and avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive financial or personal information.

Elite does not guarantee that any match or interaction will result in a safe, compatible, successful, or lasting relationship or marriage.

7. Dating and Matchmaking Technology

Elite may use technology, algorithms, questionnaires, preferences, compatibility information, or artificial intelligence to assist with discovery and matchmaking.

Recommendations are informational tools and do not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, marriage, personal character, safety, or the accuracy of information supplied by another user.

Users remain responsible for deciding whom they communicate with, meet, date, or pursue a relationship with.

8. Artificial Intelligence

Where Elite provides AI-powered functionality, AI may assist with recommendations, profile experiences, communication support, safety processes, or other Platform functions.

AI-generated information can contain errors and should not be interpreted as professional psychological, medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.

Users may not deliberately manipulate, attack, circumvent, or exploit Elite's AI systems for fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.

9. Prohibited Commercial Activity

Unless expressly authorized by Elite, members may not use the Platform primarily to:

• Advertise unrelated products or businesses.
• Recruit customers or employees.
• Conduct mass marketing.
• Send spam.
• Promote investment opportunities.
• Solicit donations.
• Recruit members into multilevel marketing programs.
• Sell sexual services.
• Harvest member information for external commercial purposes.

Elite is a dating and relationship platform—not an unrestricted advertising or solicitation marketplace.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Members must respect the privacy of other users.

Users may not collect, publish, sell, scrape, distribute, or misuse another member's personal information without authorization.

Sensitive information obtained through private conversations must not be publicly disclosed for harassment, retaliation, exploitation, or other improper purposes.

Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

11. Photos, Messages and User Content

Users retain responsibility for content they submit to Elite.

Content must not:

• Violate another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Contain unlawful threats.
• Promote violence or exploitation.
• Contain malicious software.
• Facilitate fraud.
• Include non-consensual intimate material.
• Intentionally expose another member's confidential personal information.
• Otherwise violate applicable law or Elite's policies.

Elite may moderate or remove content in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

12. Background and Identity Verification

Elite may offer or use identity, profile, credential, or other verification mechanisms. A verification indicator should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a person's character, intentions, safety, financial status, relationship status, or suitability as a partner.

Unless expressly stated for a particular feature, users should not assume that every member has undergone a comprehensive criminal or other background check.

13. Platform Security

Users may not:

• Hack or attempt to compromise Elite.
• Circumvent membership or security controls.
• Access another member's account without authorization.
• Deploy malware or malicious code.
• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing.
• Scrape profiles or member information.
• Reverse engineer proprietary technology except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with the availability or performance of the Platform.
• Create automated accounts or bots without authorization.

Suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents should be reported to Elite rather than exploited.

14. Reporting and Blocking

Members are encouraged to use available reporting and blocking functions when they encounter suspected fraud, harassment, impersonation, threats, inappropriate content, or other violations.

Reports may be reviewed to determine whether action is appropriate under Elite's policies and applicable law.

15. Enforcement

DIL Organization – Health Tech Innovation Corporation reserves the right, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, to investigate suspected violations.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

Warning → content removal → feature restriction → account suspension → account termination → preservation of relevant information → referral to appropriate authorities where required or permitted.

Depending upon severity, Elite may:

• Warn the member
• Remove content
• Restrict messaging
• Restrict features
• Require additional verification
• Temporarily suspend the account
• Permanently terminate the account
• Preserve relevant records
• Report activity where legally required
• Cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate

Serious safety, exploitation, fraud, or legal violations may result in immediate account restriction or termination.

16. No Guarantee of Relationship Outcomes

Elite provides technology intended to facilitate introductions and connections.

Elite does not guarantee matches, dates, exclusivity, compatibility, engagement, marriage, relationship duration, or any particular personal outcome.

Members remain solely responsible for their relationship decisions and interactions with other users.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as Elite's services, technologies, safety practices, or legal obligations evolve.

The effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version.
