By using EliteMD Match, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a verified medical professional or high-achieving professional to use EliteMD Match. Misrepresentation of credentials will result in immediate termination.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Code of Conduct

All members must treat others with respect. Harassment, fake profiles, explicit content, and spam are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans.

Zero Tolerance — Prohibited Uses

EliteMD Match may not be used, in whole or in part, for any of the following. These prohibitions apply to all content, messages, profiles, images, payments, and off-platform conduct arranged through the Platform:

  • Human trafficking or sex trafficking of any kind, including recruiting, harboring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, or obtaining any person for labor or commercial sexual activity.
  • Sexual exploitation of any person, including prostitution, commercial sexual services, sextortion, coerced sexual activity, and sexual servitude.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexualized depiction of, or contact with, a minor.
  • Sexual violence, rape, sexual assault, or the threat of sexual violence.
  • Non-consensual sexual activity or non-consensual intimate imagery, including sharing or threatening to share another person's intimate images ("revenge porn") and voyeuristic or hidden-camera content.
  • Sexually explicit profile, photo, video, or message content, and pornography of any kind.
  • Aiding, abetting, facilitating, financing, promoting, glorifying, encouraging, or soliciting any of the above, or any other abuse, exploitation, or violence against any person.
  • Fraud or deception intended to defraud users, including romance scams, investment, cryptocurrency, gift-card or wire-transfer schemes, fabricated emergencies, phishing, and identity theft.

Violations result in immediate termination without refund, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to law enforcement, NCMEC, and other appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Law Enforcement Policy.

Law Enforcement Requests

Requests for member information, preservation demands, and emergency disclosure requests from law enforcement are handled as described on our dedicated Law Enforcement Policy page.

EliteMD Match is a platform connecting professionals and does not guarantee romantic outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.
